Ever hire a friend or family member and it goes wrong?

I go to a lot of business conferences every year; I like learning new skills and

Last week the phone rang with Brian Chalef, who I met at the conference, and who
also owns a publishing company that is niched in the fitness industry. He called
because he had a friend that worked for a utility company in the accounts payable
department, and thought she was qualified to do his bookkeeping. (hearing this
I thought, whoa!). Anyhow, after the 3rd time of not showing up because she was
busy, he called me for help.
